Are you tied to using 1 or 2 networks? |
No, Unlike some of our competitors we have access
to ALL the tariffs on ALL the networks, which means we are free to
tailor the best package specifically for you company and usage.  |

Why should I change? |
| There are a range of tariffs available to the business
customer across the 5 major networks which are constantly updated
and revised. We aim to ensure your business is on the optimum tariff
to give you the lowest possible costs. |

What about new handsets? |
| If they make it we can supply it. We always try to
ensure that every package we supply includes the handsets free of
charge. |

Will it be a hassle to change to a new network? |
| No, this is a popular misconception. The process
of changing across is simple and will be managed by one dedicated
person within the company who will provide all the assistance to ensure
a quick and easy changeover. |

Can I keep my numbers? |
| When changing to another network, you can ALWAYS
keep your existing numbers. Alternatively, if you prefer we can provide
you with consecutive business phone numbers. |

Who will bill me? |
| We are a consultancy, and therefore you will be billed
by the relevant network, who will also provide your customer service,
however, we will be on hand throughout the life of your contract to
assist you in any way and keep you updated of any changes that might
save you money. |

How much will this cost me? |
| Although we are a consultancy, our service is free.
We only make money if you decide to take up a package we offer. In
short if we can’t save your company money we don’t get
paid. |

How can you offer me a better deal than the networks? |
| The 4 Directors of the Company have years of experience
within the industry and we are aware of the boundaries that the networks
and other companies work within. We are able to break these boundaries
to give you better grade of handsets, accessories and/or cash backs
than the networks are allowed to offer. |

Will I have to take out a 2 or 3 year contract? |
| No, many companies who claim to provide service to
the business market tie companies into 2 or 3 year contract with no
upgrades in between. We ONLY provide 12 month contracts to ensure
you can take advantage of upgrades and any better tariffs each year.

Can I change my tariff within the contract? |
| You can upgrade at anytime, down grading terms and
conditions are different on each network. |
